Worker`s health and organizational sustainability in the COVID-19 pandemic
Perception of sustainable practices in remote and face-to-face work

Ways of working were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, so organizations had to adapt. Then, there was concern regarding sustainability practices in the context of work. A case study was carried out, with the aim of understanding perceptions about sustainability practices in the work environment, both in person and remotely, when considering workers' health in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a cross-sectional study, of a descriptive nature, with information obtained from a questionnaire with questions with open and closed answers, carried out among civil servants in positions belonging to the career of Administrative Technicians in Education, who work at the Institute of Exact Sciences and Natural, from the Federal University of Pará. The results indicated a relative similarity between the answers obtained by modality, with demonstration of some awareness about the subject.
