Breast feeding policy in brazil

The discussion about the breastfeeding policies in Brazil calls our atention. In Other words, research challenges might be associeted with: gender equity on the work field, issues that covers breastfeeding state laws, economic e social inequality, social protection for workers in the formal economy. All of those challenges overcame the biology perspectives bases on these sort of debates. The purpose of this reasearch is to analyse a particular literature which involves the breastfeeding policies strategies in Brazil. Our reaserch question: the breastfeeding policies in Brazil demonstrate efficiency in order to achieve a social agenda? The method was an integrative review based on inquiry to the database called Scielo e BVS including 2012 to 2022. The results presented that the breastfeeding policies support strategies to improve this sort of actions. However, the data collection suggests that processo of implementation, certification and evaluation must be reviwed. We concluded that the breastfeeding policies in Brazil in general do not reach social needs yet.
